When is an exchange possible?

We, at Hula&Co, aim to give you the greatest online shopping experience. Therefore, if in any case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to do exchanges for your items, no questions asked. However, do take note of a few Terms and Conditions.

How to do the exchange?
- Visit either of our Hula&Co. stores, select your item and simply do an exchange together with the official receipt and return form, it's that easy!

Terms and Conditions for exchanges
1) Item in ORIGINAL CONDITION
     - Clothes tag on
     - Unworn condition

2) Within 10 days
     - No exchange will be processed once the time limit exceeds 10 days from the date of purchase. Strictly no exceptions.

3) Exchanges can only be done once per item, strictly no exchanges thereafter.

4) With the original official receipt
     - This is the receipt that we will issue and mail it out together with your items in the same package.
       Exchanges will only be made with this original official receipt. Strictly no exceptions.

5) With the exchange form
     - Exchanges can only be made with the exchange form. Exchange form is on the original receipt.

Defective items?
- A thorough check on every item is done before it is shipped out so chances of defects pre-shipping is low.

Why can't I mail the item back?
- To facilitate exchanges, we do not accept return mails because there may be a risk that the item you want is out of stock when mail is in transit.
- For overseas customers, please write in to Helpdesk for help.

Refund policy?
- We do not do refunds. Please ensure that you are comfortable with this before making the purchase.
- Under exceptional cases, we may review the refund policy. However, this is only offered at the discretion of the Management.
